By using Chatclub you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. You must be 18 or older

Chatclub is for adults only. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Be respectful

You agree not to use Chatclub to:

• harass, threaten, bully or insult other people,
• send spam, advertising, scams or links to harmful websites,
• share sexual content with someone who has not agreed to it, or any content involving minors,
• ask for or share anyone's personal information (phone number, address, passwords, bank details),
• break any law, or encourage anyone else to.

3. Reports and removal

Users can report each other. People who receive several reports are disconnected automatically, and we may block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

4. Strangers are strangers

You chat with people we don't know and don't check. We are not responsible for what other users say or do. Never share personal details, never send money, and leave any chat that makes you uncomfortable.

5. No guarantees

Chatclub is provided free and "as is". It may be unavailable, slow, or change at any time. We do not guarantee that you will find a match.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
