Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Chatclub is built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, and chat messages are never saved. This page explains exactly what happens to your information.
What you give us
To match you with someone, you enter a username, age, country and gender, plus optional filters (countries and age range you want to meet). This information:
- is kept only in the server's memory while you are connected,
- is shown to your chat partner (username, age, country and gender),
- is deleted as soon as you close the page or lose your connection.
Please don't use your real full name as your username.
Chat messages
Messages are passed straight to your chat partner and are never stored in a database or log. When a chat ends, the messages are gone and cannot be recovered, not even by us. Remember that your partner can still copy or screenshot what you write, so never share private information.
Reports
If you report someone, the server briefly records the reason, the reported person's username and a random connection ID so it can disconnect people who receive several reports. These records are not linked to any account and are not kept after the server restarts.
Cookies and tracking
Chatclub does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools.
Hosting providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and the chat server by Render. Like any web host, they may automatically log technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and to keep their services running. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
Children
Chatclub is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the service.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
